Our installers ground the concrete, vacuumed the dust and repaired minor pitting near the doorway. We laid a high‑bond epoxy primer and tinted basecoat, then broadcast a dense mix of beige, charcoal and stone flakes. A textured clear topcoat with controlled aggregate provided consistent slip resistance across the floor.
