Epoxy Garage Floor Taylors Lakes | Showroom Flake Finish

Transform Your Floor with Epoxy Flooring Solutions

Epoxy Garage Floor Taylors Lakes | Showroom Flake Finish

A Taylors Lakes client wanted their garage to match the quality of the cars parked inside it. The old DIY paint job was peeling where tyres turned, and the colour did nothing to showcase the vehicles. We recommended a high‑build epoxy system with a darker, metallic‑inspired flake blend to create a true showroom feel.

Showroom Epoxy Garage Floor – Taylors Lakes

We stripped the failing coating with aggressive grinding until we reached clean, sound concrete. After repairs, our crew applied a high‑solids epoxy base from a leading manufacturer, then broadcast a heavy mix of charcoal, silver and white flakes. A UV‑stable gloss topcoat finished the system, giving the floor a deep shine that highlights bodywork without feeling slippery. Every coat was checked for even coverage and thickness as part of Highend Epoxy Flooring’s quality‑control process.

Today the space looks more like an indoor showroom than a standard garage. Light reflects off the floor, tyres don’t leave flat spots of rubber, and the client can wash the cars inside without worrying about the coating lifting or whitening.

Is your concrete floor letting the rest of your property down?

Living or doing business in Taylors Lakes, you know the value of keeping a property looking its best. But often, the garage floor, the workshop, or the retail space is the forgotten zone. It gathers dust, it soaks up oil stains, and eventually, it cracks.

You don’t need a quick fix or a cheap paint job that flakes off in six months. You need a permanent epoxy flooring solution.

At Highend Epoxy Flooring, we provide exactly that. We aren’t just contractors; we are the epoxy installers Melbourne locals rely on for finishes that are as tough as they are beautiful. From turning a residential garage into a showroom to weatherproofing a commercial warehouse, we bring expert craftsmanship to every square metre.

The Highend Epoxy Flooring Contractor Promise

1. We Don’t Skip the Prep This is the most important part. Most DIY kits or cheap contractors fail because they just wash the floor. We use industrial diamond grinders to mechanically profile your concrete. This opens the “pores” of the slab, ensuring the epoxy coating bites into the concrete permanently. No peeling. No lifting.

2. Finishes for Every Taste

Ultra & Hyper Flake: The “terrazzo” look. Perfect for hiding dust in garages and adding texture.
Metallic Epoxy: A flowing, marble-like finish that creates a stunning “wow” factor for showrooms or basements.
Plain Epoxy: The industrial workhorse. High-gloss, solid colour, and incredibly easy to clean.

3. Built for Real Life Our floors are seamless and non-porous. Whether you spill motor oil in the garage or a coffee in your shop, it wipes right up. They are chemical resistant and designed to handle hot tyres without sticking.
